Prabhat has been in the EPC industry for over 20 years and has worked in countries including USA, Middle East and South Korea. He holds a one-year Executive MBA program in International Business degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune.
He has managed the team for several pioneering renewable energy projects, including the design and development of Solar-Wind Hybrid Projects. His key responsibilities include client management, client requirement analysis & program & project management. He holds one-year Executive MBA program in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pune.
He has closely worked with several Indian Ministries and state departments such as Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and GoNCTD and internationally with Ministries and Institutions in Bangladesh, USA, Bahrain, Vietnam, South Korea and UAE. He has been managing various projects PSUs such as National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) and Indian Oil Corporation of India (IOCL).
Prior to venturing into Renewable Energy sector, Prabhat was engaged in Project Management of large Power, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure projects. Prabhat has extensive experience in administering and organizing all project activities in various Power, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure projects in coordination with Project Engineering Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project. Using pro-active communication with people in key positions, he has been ensuring efforts towards the speedy resolution of outstanding issues on project, any cost overruns, and catching-up the schedule etc. He has been known for coordinating with the various stakeholders and successfully providing the engineering deliverables within the given time frame for the construction team & client. Prabhat has successfully identified new and innovative technology to provide improvements in safety, operations and reduced costs.
